Our Mission

The Randall Osché Podcast exists to share real stories and the lessons that come with them. We believe you can go further, faster, by learning from the hard-earned wisdom of others. Each episode is an opportunity to hear something that might help you skip a setback, make a better choice, or see your own path more clearly.

Meet Randall Osche

I started my career in a call center, worked my way through finance and sales leadership, and now serve as a value consultant for global software companies. I have had wins, losses, and plenty of pivots, but I have never stopped moving toward the life I want to live.

This podcast is my way of sitting down with people who have lived through something worth learning from and sharing those lessons so we can all get where we are going a little faster.

The idea for the show grew after a trip abroad, when I realized other people often hold the information we need to live our best lives.

"I don't believe in casual conversations. Every exchange has the potential to change us, if we're brave enough to let it."

When I am not recording, I am working my full-time job, reading, exercising, and if all is going well planning my next trip.

What We Stand For

Curisoity Over Ego

The right question matters more than having the right answer. We approach every conversation with an open mind and a willingness to learn.

Practical Wisdom

Real-world takeaways you can use now, not just ideas that sound good in theory.Life is too busy and too messy for anything else.

Straight Talk

Conversations without spin or polish. What you hear is what was said. We value clarity and honesty over pomp and circumstance.

Growth

Every conversation is an opportunity to learn and evolve. We embrace discomfort as a catalyst for personal transformation.

Our Journey

May 2023
Upon returning from a trip abroad, I had the revelation that I could go further, faster by learning from others.

June 2023
I interviewed my good friend Nathan Dlugopolski for episode one. Between then and March 2024, I realized how much work this would be.
Feb 2024
Published episode one with Nathan in March 2024. Wanting to create the product I envisioned, I sourced and hired two virtual assistants — one of whom I still work with today.

Dec 2024
We worked diligently through 2024 to find guests, record, edit, improve, and repeat.
Aug 2025
Launched the 2025 season with episode 22 featuring Craig Carlson, author of Pancakes in Paris, along with a revamped website.
